At Park Bench Counselling, we offer more than therapy. We offer comfort, flexibility and real connection. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or as a couple, our approach is designed to meet your needs in a way that feels natural and easy.
What makes us different? You have the freedom to choose where and how your sessions take place. Visit us at our comfortable space, invite us to yours, connect on FaceTime or Zoom or meet us at a neutral location like a park or a cafe and take a walk while we talk. Sometimes the best conversations happen when it doesn't feel like therapy at all.
We believe progress begins when you feel safe, supported and heard. We are here to walk that path with you, wherever it may begin.

My Approach
I believe therapy should feel natural. Whether we meet in our space, at your home or somewhere in between, like a walk in the park, we adapt each session to suit your needs.
If removing the traditional barriers of a therapy room is best for you, we can create a relaxed environment where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. This flexibility allows us to meet you where you are, both emotionally and physically, so you can move forward at your own pace and in your own way.

What is counselling?
Counselling is a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings and challenges with the support of a trained professional. It's a collaborative process that helps you gain clarity, build self-awareness and develop tools to navigate life more effectively.
Counselling is not about giving advice, fixing your problems for you or telling you what to do. It is not a quick fix for those in crisis. Instead, it is a supportive space that empowers you to understand yourself better and make meaningful changes in your life.
